Shipping is not included with the refund. Shipping expenses for returning products for a refund are the responsibility of the customer (the shipper). To qualifiy for a refund the product being returned must be in the same condition as when originally received by customer (the shipper). The product being returned must also be returned in original shipping containers and packaging. |
